He stayed with us through the inspections, managed and monitored corrections to deficiencies, and oversaw other details right up through our closing and move in. Throughout the entire home selling and buying processes, Brian always made sure that everything worked out as it should and all that actions were taken care of. He even coordinated with the original contractor, who fixed and flipped the house that we purchased, to take resolves issues found during the various inspections, and made sure that they were rectified to our satisfaction.
